On March 4th, 2019, Sunmi's new music video and single ''Noir'' was released. It's getting a lot of attention and sources say that it's giving a big impression on others. The purpose of the song is to talk about society's obsession with social media and how we will do anything to get attention on those social platforms, even if it means doing things that we know are wrong. Many people are only living and feeding off of likes and changing themselves to appear appealing to the social standards. Not focusing on more important things like mental health, ourselves, other people around us, etc. In her music video, she shows herself doing dangerous things and lying just to obtain followers and likes which is what many people do. I love how she is not afraid to check people back to reality/giving wake up calls and messaging that this is an issue that we need to fix.

What are your thoughts on the song? I thought it was a bop in my opinion with a great message. Sunmi is never disappointing with her music and deep thoughts that are put into her songs. What do you think we can do to help those who are feeding off of these likes? Let me know down below.
